• May 6-7th - Chicago, Detroit
• May 14th - New Jersey to Mr. Babu Keelara's house
• May 15th - convention committee meeting in Mrs. Meena House
• May 21- 22nd - West coast promotion trip
• Additional discussions
• Registration bags and what to put in the bags were discussed.
• The committee decided to extend the early registration date to may 31st, 2011.
• Phone tree and function promotion was discussed
• Program committee outline was discussed
• Along with the women's Forum there will also be Business forum Breakout session on Sunday July 3rd.
