Directions and pertinent details<br \/>\n             2. Hotel facilities\/amenities, parking<br \/>\n             3. Closest Hospital, ER, First aid<br \/>\n             4. Attractions close-by for sight-seeing<br \/>\n             5. All important\/critical info for a comfortable stay<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00a0Work with Registration Committee to generate a list of sponsors (Gold &amp; Platinum)<br \/>\n\u2022  Allocate rooms (reserved under VPA) for sponsors<br \/>\n\u2022  If necessary, coordinate lodging and transportation logistics for guests &amp;
