We hope each one of you feels the same excitement about the challenge, and the variety of ways in which we all can welcome our members to come and rejoice at the &#8220;Silicon Valley&#8221; Convention!<\/p>\n<p>A number of us have already undertaken several activities such as venue selection, and Convention webpage development. We would like to invite you all to a Town Hall Meeting on December 6th, 2014, to share the current status, and the Roadmap to the Convention. Some of the objectives for the Town Hall Meeting are to share and discuss:<br \/>\nDetails about the venue selection process<br \/>\nDetails of the Convention web page development<br \/>\nOverview of the structure of the various teams<br \/>\nOur ways of working together<br \/>\nFinancial projections &amp; challenges<br \/>\nSign-up on the &#8220;Call for Participation&#8221; List<br \/>\n<strong>Above all:<\/strong><br \/>\nHow will you pitch-in?<br \/>\nWhat are your thoughts \/ comments \/ suggestions?<br \/>\nI sincerely look forward to your participation, and valuable ideas.
