How we work<\/span>

Every committee runs on RACI<\/h2>

RACI is a simple way to make sure every task has a clear owner. Each convention committee is organized under this model, so everyone knows who does the work, who signs off, who gives input and who is kept in the loop.<\/p><\/div>

R<\/span>Responsible<\/b>

Does the work. Committee chairs, co-chairs and leads.<\/p><\/div>

A<\/span>Accountable<\/b>

Owns the outcome and makes the final call. The Core Committee lead for that committee.<\/p><\/div>

C<\/span>Consulted<\/b>

Gives expert input before decisions. Committee advisors.<\/p><\/div>

I<\/span>Informed<\/b>

Kept up to date on progress. The Core Committee and Board of Trustees.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
