See <a href=\"transportation.html\">Transportation<\/a>.<\/p><\/details><details class=\"qa\"><summary>How do I book a hotel room?<\/summary><p>A VPA group room block at Embassy Suites Denton is being arranged. The booking link will be posted on the <a href=\"hotel-rooms.html\">Hotel &amp; Rooms<\/a> page.<\/p><\/details><details class=\"qa\"><summary>Is there parking at the venue?<\/summary><p>Parking details will be confirmed with the hotel and posted on the <a href=\"transportation.html\">Transportation &amp; Parking<\/a> page.<\/p><\/details><details class=\"qa\"><summary>Will airport pick-up be arranged?<\/summary><p>Airport pick-up coordination from DFW and DAL is planned by the Hospitality committee. Details will be shared closer to the event.<\/p><\/details><\/div><div class=\"faq-group\" id=\"programs\"><h2>Programs<\/h2><details class=\"qa\"><summary>What programs are planned?<\/summary><p>Meravanige (parade), cultural performances, business, women &amp; health and youth forums, young adults &amp; singles meet, sports and awards. See <a href=\"programs-forums.html\">Programs\/Forums<\/a>.<\/p><\/details><details class=\"qa\"><summary>How do I take part in a cultural performance?<\/summary><p>Program guidelines and the entry form will be published by the Entertainment committee. Chapters and individual artists are encouraged to apply.<\/p><\/details><details class=\"qa\"><summary>What sports are planned?<\/summary><p>Pre-convention Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton and a 5K Run are being planned.<\/p><\/details><details class=\"qa\"><summary>Is there a dress code?<\/summary><p>Traditional attire is warmly encouraged for the parade, inauguration and evening programs. Full guidance will be shared ahead of the event.<\/p><\/details><\/div><div class=\"faq-group\" id=\"food\"><h2>Food<\/h2><details class=\"qa\"><summary>What food will be served?<\/summary><p>A non-vegetarian Karnataka feast is proposed \u2014 ragi mudde with naati koli saaru, donne biryani, kababs and more. See the <a href=\"food-menu.html\">Food Menu<\/a>; the final menu will be confirmed by the Food &amp; Catering committee.<\/p><\/details><\/div><div class=\"faq-group\" id=\"support\"><h2>Committees &amp; Sponsor<\/h2><details class=\"qa\"><summary>How can I join a committee or help out?<\/summary><p>The convention is run by committees across six operational areas \u2014 see <a href=\"committees.html\">Committees &amp; Roles<\/a> for what each one does.
