Terms and Conditions
- Registrations are Non Transferable.
- Purchasers are responsible for all applicable taxes, gratuities and relevant service charges. All prices are subject to change at the discretion of the organizing committee.
- Unauthorized reproduction, resale, transfer, modification of all tickets for the event are strictly prohibited.
- Retain the receipts and bring them to the event to obtain a badge.
- Bring the badge on all days of the VPA Convention event. Lost badges will be charged $10 to issue a new badge.
- F1-Visa registrants should produce the F1-Visa at the event
Cancellation Policy
- 70% Refund if cancelled before April 15, 2015
- 50% Refund if cancelled after April 15, 2015 – before May 15, 2015
- 25% Refund if cancelled after May 15, 2015– before June 1, 2015
- 0% Refund if cancelled after June 1, 2015
How to Register
