Everyone is welcome — VPA members, their families and friends, and anyone who wishes to celebrate Karnataka's culture with us.

Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) is ~28 miles (about 25 mins) from the venue; Dallas Love Field (DAL) is ~36 miles (about 35 mins). See Transportation.
A VPA group room block at Embassy Suites Denton is being arranged. The booking link will be posted on the Hotel & Rooms page.
Parking details will be confirmed with the hotel and posted on the Transportation & Parking page.
Airport pick-up coordination from DFW and DAL is planned by the Hospitality committee. Details will be shared closer to the event.
Meravanige (parade), cultural performances, business, women & health and youth forums, young adults & singles meet, sports and awards. See Programs/Forums.
Program guidelines and the entry form will be published by the Entertainment committee. Chapters and individual artists are encouraged to apply.
Pre-convention Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton and a 5K Run are being planned.
Traditional attire is warmly encouraged for the parade, inauguration and evening programs. Full guidance will be shared ahead of the event.
A non-vegetarian Karnataka feast is proposed — ragi mudde with naati koli saaru, donne biryani, kababs and more. See the Food Menu; the final menu will be confirmed by the Food & Catering committee.
